Who are we?

Direct Foam Products are a family run foam conversion business based in Wolverhampton in the West Midlands. The company is co-owned by Matthew Denston-Flynn and Paul Denston who between us have over 40 years experience in the foam industry.

As a family run business we have greater flexibility to supply quality goods and efficient service to all our customers.

We are located in factory units near the centre of Wolverhampton in the West Midlands. Our conversion machinery include band knives, bullnoser, buffer and full adhesive lamination facility. Our staff are highly skilled with experienced cutters and highly competent laminators who specialise in the manufacture and assembly foam squabs and seats. We deliver nationwide with our own transport or through a courier.

Since our company was formed we have built a reputation for quality and service offering first rate foam products at excellent value for money. We supply the trade directly and through our new retail venture “The Foam Man” we supply the public producing multiple, single and bespoke pieces. We accept most major credit and debit cards.
